Both Tim and Rick are engaged in the design, building and details of every home.
They work closely with customers to accomodate design needs, make specification decisions and review progress while building.
Formally an enterprise telecommunications executive, Tim became involved in residential design and construction to help organize building operation processes and develop quality assurance systems. His planning and design programs help customers get what they want in in their new home with improved ease and value.
Rick began in commercial construction design and spent many years in the construction industry in a variety of roles from design to building operations. That diversity of roles and an intense sense of detail that made Rick want to own projects from from start to finish - residential design and construction was a natural fit.
